Hosting, security updates, daily backups, SSL certificate, and small content updates (think: changing your phone number, adding a new service, swapping a photo). Basically, everything to keep your site running without you thinking about it.
Small updates are included in your monthly fee. If you want a bigger change (new page, new feature), I'll quote it separately — but most clients never need anything beyond what's included.
Right now I'm focused on websites. I may expand to other services down the road, but I'd rather do one thing really well than offer everything and do it halfway.
You'll see a draft before we launch, and you get one round of revisions included. I've never had a client who wasn't happy with the final result — but if we're truly not a fit, I'll refund your deposit. No hard feelings.
